What kinds of organizations does Tennis Racquets for Kids, Inc. donate tennis racquets to ?
We can donate racquets to any kind of organization in need, which serves children. This may include public schools, community organizations, and tennis centers. We also donate racquets to children not represented by any organization.
Is there a fee for the racquets ?
There is no fee for the racquets, but there may be a fee involved for postage. Since the organization is in its initial stage of development, there are limited funds available to be utilized for postage. As the organization develops, we hope that sponsors may be able to assist with the postage.
Can I request a specific racquet size or grip size ?
If you include this information when you contact us, as inventory permits, we will try to accommodate your request.
Are all the racquets strung ?
Most of the racquets are strung, but it is possible that some may be unstrung. In this case, the recipient will be notified. It is also possible that the racquet may be available with a package of string, and the recipient will have to have it strung.
